Print Quality & Production
Each fine art print is produced with exceptional care, using archival Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper and pigment-based inks. Prints are made to order, inspected for quality, and signed by the artist.
Please allow 7–10 business days for production prior to shipping. This timeline may vary slightly based on print size and volume of orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each print is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or we made an error in your order.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and damaged item.
- We will review your case and, if approved, issue a replacement at no cost to you.
Please note: minor variations in color due to screen calibration are not considered defects.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping
We ship throughout the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Prints are packaged with care to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.
If your package is lost in transit:
- Please reach out after 10 business days (for domestic orders) so we can investigate and file a claim if needed.
International Orders
At this time, we do not offer international shipping through the website. If you're interested in purchasing from outside the U.S., please reach out to discuss options.
